Our ISO program, when first implemented, greatly enhance our quality program. Unfortunately, without buy-in from department supervisors and upper management, the company has not gained much from this exercise of updating, distributing, and "training" to new revisions of procedures. We tend to re-inforce the need to follow procedures and follow-up on corrective actions, etc. only when audit time approaches.
